Used Alar Engineering Corporation Auto-Vac, Model 360. Mid-sized, skid-mounted rotary vacuum drum precoat filter designed for industrial wastewater treatment and sludge dewatering applications. The system operates by drawing liquid through a filter aid media using a non-segmented drum design, enabling high-efficiency solids separation and capturing particles down to approximately 0.5 to 1 micron. The unit features a 3' diameter by 6' long stainless steel drum with a nominal filtering area of 56.5 sq. ft. and is engineered for durable, corrosion-resistant performance in demanding process environments. Total connected power is 20 HP. The system is additionally equipped with (2) 3,000-gallon holding tanks, a 2-stage pump, and a spare pump, providing operational redundancy and continuous processing capability. Approximate shipping weight is 6,200#, with a maximum system height of 8 6" and an overall skid footprint of 9'-0" wide by 16'-8" long. Well-suited for high-solids wastewater streams, the Auto-Vac is designed to deliver reliable automated filtration, sludge dewatering, and consistent effluent clarification while reducing disposal costs and labor requirements in industrial processing environments. Factory-packaged unit equipped with nine (9) high-efficiency hermetic rotary scroll compressors utilizing environmentally friendly Puron R-410A refrigerant. Features include a shell-and-tube direct expansion evaporator, ComfortLink microprocessor controls with plain-English diagnostics, demand limiting, compressor wear minimization, and factory-installed thermal-dispersion flow switches. The unit incorporates Carrier's Novation aluminum microchannel condenser coils and AeroAcoustic low-noise fan system for efficient heat transfer and quiet operation. Designed for industrial and commercial process cooling applications, the AquaSnap platform offers full-load efficiency ratings up to 10.31 EER and part-load efficiency ratings up to 14.3 IPLV, with operation in ambient temperatures ranging from 32 degrees F to 125 degrees F. Constructed on a heavy-duty galvanized steel frame with simplified single-point electrical connection and integrated control transformer.
