Jacket rated 150/Full Vacuum @ 350 to (-20) Deg.F.. 98" Dia. x 6'5" T/T. Top mounted Lightnin model 85-S-25, 25 HP mixer with 84 rpm output speed. Shell is .375" thick. Heads are .4375" thick. Last used as hydrolysis reactor. Drawings available.**Alloy 20 is generally more corrosion-resistant and has higher tensile and yield strength compared to 316 stainless steel, making it better suited for harsh environments, especially in chemical processing.

Flat open top with clamp on cover, flat bottom. Open top: 2", 1-1/2", Side: 20" x 16" bottom manway, 17" x 12" side manway with cover. 3" Side bottom outlet with valve, 36" discharge height. Mounted on (6) stainless steel legs. Previously used for water. No manufacturers tag or jacket rating.

Used Cherry Burrell Vertical Mixing Tank | 3,000 Gallon 304 Stainless Steel Beverage Vessel

Used Cherry Burrell Vertical Mixing Tank with approximately 3,000 Gallon capacity, constructed of 304 stainless steel. Tank measures approximately 7' 9" diameter x 12' overall height, with a dome top and dish bottom. Previously used in a beverage processing application and last in service in November 2024, this tank is configured for sanitary liquid handling with CIP and agitation. Equipped with a side-mounted 1 HP agitator, driven by a 3/60/230/460V, 850 RPM motor, providing gentle mixing for beverages, syrups, and other low- to medium-viscosity liquids. Features a side manway, 3" Tri-Clamp center bottom discharge, CIP sprayball, and top-mounted inlets for clean-in-place operation and flexible process connections. Mounted on stainless steel legs.

Used Mueller 30,000-Gallon Vertical Stainless Steel Insulated Dairy Silo. Manufactured in 1996. Silo measures 140" internal diameter x 518 1/8" overall height, with approximately 146 1/2" outside diameter and 151 1/4" base outside diameter. Unit features a side bottom manway, agitator assembly, overflow/vent line, CIP supply line, and refrigeration connections. Previously used for whey. Possible applications and suitable products include dairy and food processing storage for whey and similar liquid products.
