Used Wood Chip Dryer Separation System – Heil Triple Pass Drum Dryer, 8 TPH

Used- Heil Wood Chip Dryer Separation System With 10.5' X 32' Triple-Pass Rotary Drum Dryer Used Heil wood chip drying and separation system featuring a 10.5' diameter x 32' long triple-pass rotary drum dryer with a reported production capacity of approximately 8 tons/hour of dried material from wood chips at 50% inlet moisture. Equipped with a Jackson Webb 24,000,000 BTU/hour burner, 200 HP motor/drive, two dust collectors, screw conveyor, and belt conveyor. System was set up for wood chip processing but never went into operation. Possible applications and suitable products include wood chip drying, biomass processing, wood waste moisture reduction, and preparation of wood-based materials for downstream processing.
