Has 12" centers for a carton size range: 50mm - 254mm or 1.97" - 10" (length) x 19mm - 76mm or .75" - 3" (width) x 35mm - 305mm or 5.31" - 12" (depth) with a 19mm- 40mm or .75" - 1.57" minor flap range. Has Nordson Problue hot melt glue system. Bradman Lake Cascade product collator and transfer to place single or multicount pouches into infeed buckets. Used Breddo Likwifier 250 Gallon Stainless Steel High Shear Mixer System with Mezzanine. Vessel measures approximately 36" wide x 36" long x 48" deep and is constructed of stainless steel with an approximate 250-gallon working capacity. Unit features a bottom-mounted high shear emulsifier driven by a 40 HP, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1,760 RPM motor for efficient mixing, dispersion, and emulsification applications. Top openings include a 24" diameter manway with cover, (2) 4" ports, (3) 2" ports, and (1) 1" port. Equipped with a 2" center bottom outlet with approximately 20-1/2" discharge height. System includes a mounted control panel with AC Tech MC Series Intelligent Drive and Emerson Unidrive controller for variable speed operation and process control. Also includes an SPX WS+ 30/30 sanitary pump, providing a complete mixing, emulsification, and product transfer package.
