Unused Meridian 20,000 Gallon Stainless Steel Tank. Constructed of 304 stainless steel with a vertical, single-wall design featuring a slight dished top and sloped bottom. Approximate dimensions are 162" diameter x 204" straight side. Top openings include (1) 25" manway, (1) 22" opening, (1) 3" nozzle, and (1) 2" nozzle. Side openings include (1) 25" manway, (1) 3" nozzle, and (1) 1" nozzle. Suitable for a wide range of storage applications including liquid fertilizers and agricultural chemicals, food and beverage ingredients such as syrups, edible oils, and sweeteners, industrial and process liquids where stainless steel construction and large storage capacity are required, and water or wastewater equalization and storage where 304 stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.

(27) 3/4" diameter x 48" long 316L Stainless steel tubes rated 100 psi at -20 to 300 degrees F. Openings: (2) 6", (2) 2", (2) 3/4". Side lug mounted. National Board# 4639, Serial# 33006, built 2013. No top or bottom heads, Flange cut on one side.

Luwa 21.6 Sq. Ft. 316L Stainless Steel Thin Film Evaporator

Used Luwa Model NL3-300/2200/HT vertical thin-film evaporator with 21.6 square feet of heat-transfer surface and 316L stainless steel construction. The evaporator measures 12" in diameter x 96" long in two sections and features a three-star Type L rotor, radial separator, mechanical seal, conical bottom with 2" diameter discharge, and 12" diameter vapor outlet. The internal chamber is rated for full vacuum at 365 F, and the jacket is rated for approximately 150 psi at 365 F. Driven by a 7.5 horsepower belt-drive motor rated for 230/460 volts, 3 phase, 60 hertz, and 1,720 revolutions per minute. Support ring is missing. Possible applications include evaporation, concentration, solvent recovery, stripping, and separation of suitable heat-sensitive, viscous, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and specialty process products.

Jacket rated 50 psig MAWP at 275 degrees F. -20 degrees F at 50 psi MDMT. Dish top and bottom. 2" tri-clamp center bottom outlet. Openings: (2) 2" top tri-clamp, 4" sight glass, 8" drive, 16" top manway w/ 4" sight glass in cover. Off-center top entering 1725 RPM, .75 HP Lightnin agitator. Has spray ball. Driven by a 40 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt 1190 rpm motor. Serial # 2437, built 1993. Includes a feed skid with an Alfa Laval GHPD positive displacement pump, Model SRU-4NLS, Serial # 02-5-10008A, driven by a 5 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1725 rpm gear motor, ratio 4.5 to 1, (1) L.J. Star bubble trap, (1) Allegheny Bradford heat exchanger. Shell & tubes rated 150 psi at -20 to 350 degrees F, Serial # 10923-1-1, built 2002, and (2) control panels. Both pieces mounted on casters. Rebuilt by GEA in 2022.

Reportedly unused since reglass.
