Used Fitzpatrick Chilsonator Model 16Lx20D with HAS030 Comminutor Mill, All stainless-steel wetted parts. The Chilsonator uses dual 16" x 20" radial cored rolls with controlled hydraulic pressure and feed augers to compact powders into fees screws for improved flow and reduced dust. These feed screws are then processed by the HAS030 Comminutor Mill, which employs interchangeable screens and a hammer/knife design for precise particle size reduction. This integrated system delivers efficient compaction, milling, and screening for pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and specialty material applications.
