Unused LEWA Ecoflow High-Pressure CO2 Metering Pump

Unused 2018 LEWA Ecoflow high-pressure metering system configured for CO2 service with a rated capacity of 30 kg/min. System consists of a LEWA Ecoflow metering pump in a high-pressure CO2 configuration, Baldor-Reliance 75 HP Severe Duty motor, and complete drive assembly. This unused high-pressure metering package combines the LEWA Ecoflow pump, heavy-duty Baldor-Reliance motor, and drive components into a complete system for controlled CO2 metering applications. Possible applications and suitable products include high-pressure CO2 metering, dosing, and process feed applications handling CO2.

Installed, tested, and not used afterward ******* Used Fulton VSRT-125 Vertical Tubeless Steam Boiler rated at 125 boiler horsepower with a steam output of approximately 4,300 lb./HR and a fuel input of about 5.0 MMBTU/hr. 193.2 sq/ft heating surface. It utilizes a two-pass vertical design with a spiral rib heat exchanger and a fully water-backed pressure vessel with no refractory. Typical thermal efficiency is in the 8286% range with steam quality =99.75%. The unit is equipped with a fully modulating, linkage less burner capable of up to a 10:1 turndown ratio and is configured for natural gas, propane, or dual fuel, with NOx emissions typically below 20 ppm depending on setup. Maximum operating pressure is typically rated up to 150 PSIG (design pressure may vary by unit).
