The unit features a single-pass design with an operating temperature of approximately 350F (50F) and an adjustable product residence time ranging from 1.5 to 8 minutes. Equipped with a Pentair, Model N360846G050 air conditioning system rated for 7777/8166 BTU per hour cooling capacity, the system operates within a temperature range of 50F to 131F and utilizes R134A refrigerant. The refrigeration system is rated for a maximum high-side pressure of 404 PSIG and a low-side pressure of 181 PSIG. Additional features include a user-friendly touchscreen HMI for process monitoring and control, stainless steel construction for durability and sanitation, and leveling feet for stable installation.
