Stainless steel construction with 3 kg/hour (6.6 lbs/hour) evaporation capacity at 200 C (392 F) inlet and 60 C (140 F) outlet temperatures. Approx. 39" diameter x 40" straight side drying chamber with four-fluid nozzle, co-current airflow, cyclone and filter bag collection, 50 ml/min liquid feed pump, touch screen controls, and 5 kW heater. 3 phase, 200V electrical. Built 2021. Possible applications include spray drying liquid solutions and suspensions into fine powders for food, pharmaceutical, chemical, ceramic, and specialty material applications

Shell rated 50 at 250 degree F and tubes rated 38/FV at 250 degree F. Built 1997. Mounted on short saddles. Fittings: top (1) 4", (2) 6"; shell vent/drain (2) 2"; bottom (1) 24" and (1) 6". Tubes are 15' face to face length with (990) 1" tubes. Included bolt-on dished heads. Approximately 3900 Square Foot

Used- Tetrapak (Scanima) 1,500 Liters (396 Gallon) 316 Stainless Steel Vacuum and Pressure Jacketed Aseptic High Shear Mixing Reactor, Model STM-1250V. The vessel is rated full vacuum /45 PSI internal pressure, and is jacketed for 75 PSI maximum pressure, maximum jacket temperature is 150 Degrees C. Bottom entering high shear agitator driven by a 50 HP (3/60/460V) motor. Includes a 2" Pneumatic discharge valve and 2" recirculation valve. Includes a control panel with VFD, a pneumatic panel and an operator PC station. Built 2009.

Driven by 1hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1700 rpm gear motor. Feeds into Waukesha positive displacement pump, model 064. Control panel with (2) Allen Bradley VFD's. Mounted on stainless frame with casters. 3/60/480 Volt. No MFG tag.

Used Littleford Model DVT-130 Mixer/Reactor, Stainless Steel. 3.1 Cubic feet working capacity (4.6 total). Jacketed chamber approximately 20" diameter x 26" long, bolt-on flat hinged jacketed cover. Jacket rated 75 psi at 32 to 320 degrees F. Internal rated 100 psi / Full vacuum at 32 to 320 degrees F. Side chopper motor, driven by 15hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 3495 rpm (not installed). Includes control panel with voltage/phase indicators, gauges, piping. National Board#4298. Serial# 41779-4298. 3/60/480 Volt.

Used- Gifford-Wood AGI-Mixer, Model V/P-A, Consisting of: (1) J.C. Pardo & Sons Vacuum Kettle, 40 Gallon, 316 Stainless Steel. Approximate 26" diameter x approximate 26" deep. Lift out clamp on domed top cover, hemispherical bottom. Internal rated 15 psi or full vacuum at 250 degrees F. 304 Stainless steel jacket rated 40 psi at 287 degrees F. Tilt out agitator bridge with inner bar agitator and an anchor style scrapper agitator. (1) Gifford Wood homogenizer mixer, all set up for hydraulic drive. 2" Center bottom outlet. Mounted on (4) legs. Serial# 4402, National Board# 2158. Includes an operator panel, control panel, 0.75hp circulation pump and a Watlow electric heater. Mounted on a common carbon steel base.
