Openings Top: 24" manway with cover, 8" for agitator, 4", 2", 1", Side: 22" x 17" rectangular manway, 3", 1-1/2", 1" bottom, 2" side bottom outlet with 46" discharge height. Stainless sheathing, 2" Thermafiber insulation. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs. Serial# 375.

Description
This 30-barrel Silver State Stainless brew tank (mash tun) is designed for commercial brewing applications, offering high-quality construction and efficient temperature control. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it features a sidewall dimple jacket for consistent heating and temperature regulation, rated for a maximum jacket inlet pressure of 90 PSI.
The tank is equipped with a top-entering anchor-style bar agitator, powered by a 3 HP motor (3/60/230-460V, 1720 RPM) and driven through a 222.40:1 reducer, ensuring efficient mixing and grain agitation.
The tank has a cone top and a shallow cone bottom, which facilitates efficient grain handling and liquid drainage. The stainless sheathing and 2” Thermafiber insulation provide thermal efficiency for consistent mash temperatures.
Mounted on four stainless steel legs, this unit is durable, stable, and ideal for brewery operations.
