Description

This Used 250 Gallon Vertical Mix Tank is fabricated from 316 stainless steel, offering enhanced corrosion resistance for demanding chemical, pharmaceutical, and sanitary applications. The tank measures approximately 40” diameter x 48” straight side, with a dished top and coned bottom to promote efficient drainage and complete batch discharge.

Equipped with a top-entering Proquip Model 100JLS20 agitator, featuring dual 4-blade turbine impellers, this unit provides strong axial and radial flow for thorough blending. The agitator is powered by a 1 HP, 3/60/230/460V, 1760 RPM motor, connected through a 20:1 gear reducer, delivering controlled torque and optimized mixing speed for a variety of viscosities.

The vessel includes a 16” manway with cover, multiple top nozzles for process flexibility, and a 3” center bottom outlet with approximately 16” discharge height, all supported on four stainless steel legs.
