Unused-Prefolders are designed to be positioned in the press line before the folder or sheeter. They can be mounted on the floor or on an overhead structure, depending on the space available and the application. Uses a dual plow assembly which produces gatefolds before a sheeter, rotary cutter or combination folder. Heavy duty side frames a hardened, driven, entrance draw roll. On-the-fly adjustable entrance nip trolleys for accurate web tension control. Two precision rotary plows designed to plow fold a variety of paper stocks without marking. On-the-fly rotary plow adjustment: depth of fold, side lay and radial adjustments. On-the-fly adjustable exit fold holding rollers, auto engage/disengate drive clutch.
