Description

This used Vincent Model CP-4 screw press is a compact, continuous mechanical dewatering and pressing system designed for low-to-medium throughput applications. With a processing capacity of approximately 150 to 500 pounds per hour, the CP-4 is well suited for pilot-scale operations, R&D environments, and small production lines.

The unit features a slow-speed 30 RPM screw, providing gentle yet effective liquid removal while minimizing shear and product degradation. Material is fed through a top hopper into a 4-inch diameter feed screw, passing through a screen section with 1/16-inch gaps for efficient separation. The press is powered by a 1.5 HP motor with a high-ratio reducer, delivering high torque and consistent performance. The machine is mounted on casters for ease of positioning and cleaning.
