Description
Used Prism pelletizing line consisting of a Prism parallel twin screw extruder, model TSE 24TC, with 24 mm co-rotating screws and 25:1 L/D ratio. Unit features an electrically heated, water-cooled barrel, three top vents with two plugged, six barrel zones with on-board control panel, and 3.7 kW, 230 Volt AC motor drive with VFD controller. Includes two-hole strand die, screw feeder with agitated hopper and .26 kW motor drive, and material hopper. System also includes a Prism VARICUT 24 water bath pelletizer with approximately 8" x 8" x 59" long stainless steel water bath, 2.5" wide air wipe with blower, and 2 5/8" wide strand pelletizer with pull rolls, helical rotor, and 1.1 kW motor drive. Pelletizer serial number 2077, built 1996. Extruder serial number 2078.
