Description

This Unused Lancaster K8 High Intensity Mixer is a heavy-duty dual rotor mixer designed for rapid, uniform blending of powders, granules, and dense material mixtures. With a 3000-liter maximum batch capacity and the ability to handle 10,500 lbs at 100 lbs/cuft density, this unit is ideal for large-scale industrial mixing. Its three-dimensional macro mixing system combines a rotating pan, dual counterclockwise rotors, high-speed mixing plows, and stationary side scrapers for fast and consistent results. The hydraulically operated bottom discharge valve ensures quick product unloading.

Constructed of carbon steel with a 316 stainless steel liner, this mixer is built for durability in abrasive or corrosive applications. It is powered by two 125 HP high-speed rotor drives, plus 30 HP drives for the mixing pan and plow, all operating on 575V, 3-phase, 60 Hz. The package also includes a Lancaster 60" Rotary Table Feeder with a 12.5 HP motor for controlled feed.
