The mixing process utilizes a clockwise-rotating pan combined with a counterclockwise rotating mixing plow, creating three-dimensional macro mixing streams. Two stationary side scrapers further optimize the mixture by directing materials into the dual counterclockwise rotors for high-intensity mixing.
This unit is constructed with a durable carbon steel body and a 316 stainless steel liner, ensuring corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance. The bottom hydraulically operated pan discharge valve provides efficient material flow control.
