Used Lantech Model Q Series Industrial Automatic Stretch Wrapper. Machine is capable of speeds up to 60 loads per hour (depending on film and pallet size). Has a maximum load capacity of up to 4000 pounds. Can handle a load size range of: 36" to 54" (width); 36" to 48" (length); and 24" to 92" (height). Has automatic pallet infeed and discharge conveyors at 18" elevation. Height to the top of the rollers is 18". Has an 84" (diameter) heavy duty automatic turntable. Allen Bradley Micrologix 1400 PLC and Planelview Plus 7 Performance 700 ethernet. Control logics 5555 PLC. Maximum roll dimensions: 10" (diameter) by 20" (width). Uses a reach arm with impulse (hot wire) film cutting and film wipe down system. 3/60/460 * 80-90psi comp air. Serial# QA0006441. Built in 2023.

It features an 84” diameter heavy-duty automatic turntable and a maximum load capacity of 4,000 pounds, making it ideal for high-volume warehouse and distribution applications.
The system is designed to handle a wide range of pallet sizes, accommodating loads between 36” to 54” (width), 36” to 48” (length), and 24” to 92” (height). It is equipped with automatic pallet infeed and discharge conveyors at an 18” elevation, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow integration.
Powered by an Allen Bradley Micrologix 1400 PLC and PanelView Plus 7 Performance 700 Ethernet, this stretch wrapper offers advanced automation and precise control. It also features a ControlLogix 5555 PLC, a reach arm with impulse (hot wire) film cutting, and a film wipe-down system for consistent and secure pallet wrapping.
