Description

This Used NBE Box Dumper is a heavy-duty material handling solution designed to safely elevate and discharge bulk materials from plastic totes or containers into downstream processing equipment.

The unit is capable of approximately 6 cycles per hour, with a total rotation of 150 degrees and a maximum tilting height of approximately 13'-9". It handles loads up to 850 lbs and is configured for plastic totes approximately 52" L x 28" W x 20" D.

Powered by a 10 HP hydraulic power pack, the system provides smooth and controlled lifting and dumping. The integrated Allen-Bradley CompactLogix L24ER PLC control panel ensures reliable automation and compatibility with modern processing lines.

Previously used in a candy production operation, the dumper was utilized to discharge plastic bags of candy into a vibratory conveyor feeding a form-fill-seal packaging system.
