Used PE Master M Model MS12T77002S2E12 Head Pressure Sensitive Front and Back Rotary Labeler. Machine has clear label sensors and an Allen Bradley (AB) Panel View 600 control panel. Machine is equipped with a 20' long x 4.5" wide Delrin chain conveyor with a stainless steel frame and is capable of speeds up to 600 BPM. Machine can apply up to a 7" high label or up to 130 mm label length. Has an air requirement of 5 bar 30l/m. Can support up to a 16" diameter label roll with a 1.5" core. Has change parts for 450 ml, 15.2 oz, 125 ml, 4.2 oz, 30 ml, 1 oz (oval), 50 ml, 1.7 oz, and 200 ml bottles. System also includes a Pace Model BOA 5000 bottle orientor. Machine has another Delrin chain stainless steel frame conveyor with a 2" wide x 36" rubber top hold down belt. Omni-line orientors can handle off-center neck bottles, F-style bottles, trigger spray bottles, bottles with external handles, bottles with interior handles, silk screened bottles, in-mold label bottles and other odd shaped bottles. Applications include bottles used in the motor oil, laundry detergents, juice jugs, food, personal care and household cleaning industries. Features: Orientor can work as a stand alone unit. Machine has a heavy duty design with stainless steel construction. It is able to run many bottle formats and sizes on same machine. Is capable of handling symmetrical and non-symmetrical bottles.
