This Used Prodo-Pak PV250 CSW6 Vertical Form, Fill & Seal Liquid Pouch Packager is a high-output, multi-lane VFFS system built for precision filling and sealing of liquid products at commercial scale.

Capable of 20–30 cycles per minute, this system produces 120–180 pouches per minute (based on 100 ml fills). It is currently set for six lanes, each producing a 4" x 8.75" four-sided sealed pouch with a center pour spout—ideal for liquid foods, beverages, sauces, cleaners, and single-serve applications.

The PV250 CSW6 uses up to 42" wide registered film, splitting the web into matching front/back sheets for high-quality multi-lane pouch production.
Equipped with 4 oz piston pumps and positive shut-off nozzles, it delivers accurate, drip-free liquid dosing.

Featuring modern Allen Bradley Micrologix PLC, Kinetix 5500 servo drives, and a PanelView Plus 1000 HMI, this system provides excellent control, reliability, and synchronization across all lanes.
Also includes an upgraded reciprocating knife system with magnaplated sealing jaws for enhanced seal integrity and extended tooling life.
