Description

The Prodo-Pak PV250 CSW6 is a high-performance 6-lane vertical form, fill, and seal pouch packaging system engineered for precision liquid packaging. Designed for efficiency and flexibility, this system produces four-sided seal pouches with center pour spouts, making it ideal for single-serve and multi-serve liquid products.

This machine runs at 20–30 cycles per minute (120–180 pouches per minute) with a 100 ml fill. It is currently configured for 6 lanes at 100 ml fill volume on 4" x 8.75" pouch sizes. The system accommodates a single web up to 42” width, splitting into front and back with print registration for accurate branding and graphics.

Equipped with 4 oz piston pumps and positive shut-off nozzles, it ensures accurate liquid dosing and drip-free performance. The Allen Bradley Micrologix PLC, Kinetix 5500 servo drives, and PanelView Plus 1000 HMI provide advanced automation, precision control, and intuitive operator interface.

Additional features include static elimination, an upgraded reciprocating knife system with Magnaplated seal jaws for durability, and minimal wear. This unit was only used for approximately 50 hours of production before the project was cancelled, leaving it in near-new condition.
