Description

This used Inline Filling Systems Automatic Piston Filler, Model FP-6, is a six-head inline filling machine designed for precision liquid filling in food, beverage, cosmetic, and chemical packaging operations. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, this machine offers durability, sanitation, and high-volume accuracy.

The system features six (6) pistons, approximately 2” diameter x 12” long, providing accurate volumetric control for each fill. Equipped with diving nozzles for splash-free operation and an Ionic Air Rinser to clean containers before filling, the FP-6 ensures consistent, hygienic performance.

A top-mounted stainless steel product hopper (18” wide x 40” long with lid) provides smooth product feed, while hoses for hot filling allow temperature-sensitive product packaging. The touchscreen control panel enables easy setup and operation, including speed control, on/off, and custom fill parameters.

The machine includes a stainless steel drip tray and can be integrated with an existing conveyor or paired with a conveyor (available at additional cost). Previously used in a food packaging facility, this filler is ideal for a range of viscous and semi-viscous products.
