Description

This used Filamatic Inline Piston Filler, Model H-480, is a high-speed automatic filling system designed for accurate, repeatable volumetric filling of liquids and viscous products.
Presently equipped with ten (10) horizontally mounted pistons, each approximately 2-3/8” diameter x 10” long (280 cc), the unit can be expanded to a full 14-head configuration (additional pistons available at extra cost).

Built with stainless steel guarding and a top-mounted 12” wide x 48” long product hopper, this filler ensures hygienic operation and easy access for cleaning and maintenance. It includes a front-mounted control panel featuring variable speed controls and suck-back adjustment, allowing precise fill control and drip prevention.

The system uses air indexing cylinders to synchronize container timing and includes a front-mounted conveyor track for seamless integration into packaging lines.
