Used Chronos Richardson Bulk Bag Filling Line capable of speeds up to 14 bags per minute or 30,000 lbs per hour. Two systems available consisting of Chronos Richardson Dispensers Model TB320 belt feeder, type B. The belt feeder is used for non-free-flowing materials which need to be handled carefully to maintain their structure, such as animal feed or pellets. The belt feeder can be used with a wide range of materials at a medium performance level and produces extraordinarily precise accuracies. The quantity of the fed material depends on the speed of the conveyor and the feeder cross section opened by the stream depth regulator. Chronos Richardson Weigh Cells, Model 55-B/E25-80. This new generation of the well established type E55 net weigher is equipped with state-of-the-art loadcell weighing technology. Three cleaning doors allow significantly enhanced and easier cleaning access. The optimized weigh hopper, with stainless steel contact parts as standard, ensures hygienic bulk weighing and easy cleaning. A fully stainless steel version is available upon request. Should you require an update of your Chronos BTH packing system, the new E55 NXT series can be easily integrated into your facility as the dimensions have not been changed. The E55 NXT models as well as F1 are suitable for all industries and can also be retrofitted into all bagging plants. Chronos Richardson Automatic Bagger Model OMBP 3 is a version of the OMBP 3. The Chrono-FIll OML 600 bagging system is a compact, fully automatic packaging system designed for bagging all kinds of powders or granules into open-mouth bags. The system is universally usable for all common types of open-mouth bags including gusseted and pinch-bottom bags with bag filling weights of 5 up to 50 kg. It was developed for the feed and food industries. OML 600 combines effective bagging technology with an easily cleaned configuration. Depending upon the system layout and the material being packed, OML 600 can reach outputs of up to 900 bags per hour.
