Description

Used fully integrated case packing automation system designed for high-efficiency packaging, case erecting, filling, sizing, sealing, labeling, and vertical conveying. This turnkey system includes Lantech case erectors, multiple pack stations, automated labeling, and a WestRock BoxSizer for right-sizing cases.

The system begins with (2) Lantech case erectors (Models C-1000T and C-2000T), feeding erected cases via conveyor to (4) pack stations for manual or automated product loading. Filled cases are then conveyed to a WestRock BoxSizer, which resizes cartons for optimized packaging and reduced material waste. The BoxSizer is equipped with a Nordson glue system and a 3" tape seal head for secure closure.

Labeling is handled by multiple Altech label printer applicators positioned throughout the system for product identification and traceability. Finalized cases are transported via conveyor to (2) paternoster lifts, enabling vertical movement with a 6-meter height differential, ideal for multi-level facility layouts.
