Used R.A.Jones Model CMV-150 Semi Automatic Extended Frame Vertical Cartoner. Capable of speeds from 30 - 150 cartons per minute (depending on application). Has extended infeed for additional loading area. 8" centers for a carton size range: 1" - 5" or 25mm - 127mm (length) x 3/4" - 3.5" or 19mm - 89mm (width) x 2.63" - 8" or 66mm - 203mm (depth). Currently set up for tuck style cartons. Has stainless steel frame tooless changeover, 6' manual load area on each side of machine, Allen Bradley COmpacyLogix PLC with PackML programming, Allen Bradley VPL servo drive, AB Panelview Plus 7 HMI. 3/60/480V.
