Description

This used Paul O. Abbe Ribbon Blender, Model RB-315, is a heavy-duty stainless steel horizontal mixer with a working capacity of 315 cubic feet and a total volume of 356 cubic feet. Built entirely from polished 304 stainless steel, it is suitable for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical blending applications requiring sanitary design and durability.

The blender features an internal double spiral ribbon agitator, packing glands, and pillow block bearings, providing thorough, uniform mixing of powders, granules, and pastes. Driven by a 75 HP SEW Eurodrive hollow bore motor, operating at 230/460V, 1775 RPM (20 RPM output), it delivers reliable torque for large-batch operations.

Equipped with a top cover with hold-down clamps and safety limit switch, plus a center loading hatch with welded 30” x 50” safety grate for safe loading. The air-operated 5.5” x 27.6” flush plug discharge valve provides efficient unloading through a 20.5” x 36.2” discharge housing, with a 4” discharge height.
