This used Staley Double Ribbon Blender, Model L010DS, is a high-quality 10 cubic foot batch blender designed for efficient, uniform mixing of powders, granules, and dry blends. Constructed entirely of 304 stainless steel, the unit features a 43" long x 22" wide U-shaped trough, a robust 2.5" diameter stainless steel main shaft, and inner and outer mixing ribbons engineered for thorough product movement.

The blender is equipped with a 4" center bottom discharge fitted with a manual butterfly valve, providing controlled and efficient product discharge at a 42" height from the floor. Safety and sanitation are enhanced with a stainless steel hinged lid and safety grate. Powered by a 5-1/2 HP motor with variable speed control via a WEG CFW08 vector inverter, this blender offers flexibility across a wide range of blending applications.
