Used- Aaron Process Ribbon Blender. 1.1 Cubic Foot Working Capacity/ 1.4 Total Capacity. Trough: Inside trough measures 11" wide x 18" long x 13" deep. 2-1/4" center bottom outlet. Polished finish exterior and interior. Agitator: Double ribbon design constructed of stainless steel material. 1-1/4" diameter main shaft arranged for center bottom discharge. All contact parts ground and polished to mirror finish. Removable agitator shaft. Cover: Single piece, hinged top cover. Furnished with proximity switch for customer hook up. Discharge: Manually operated slide gate valve. 2-1/4" diameter opening. Stainless steel on all product contact areas. Furnished with discharge valve guard. Glands: Stainless steel split housings supplied with Teflon rope packing. Bearings: Heavy duty self-aligning outboard pillow block support bearings. Drive: 1 hp 3 PH/60Hz/230-460 volt, TEFC, direct connect gear motor. Agitator shaft arranged for 87 rpm output speed. Previously ran Whey Protein and can handle 25 pounds/ cubic foot product density.
