Used- Aaron Process 70 Cubic Foot Stainless Steel Sanitary Paddle Blender, Model R-0089. Features all stainless steel sanitary contact parts, 36" wide x 42" deep x 8 long mixing chamber. Working capacity is 62 cubic feet (may vary dependent on product). Flexicon dump station with self cleaning dust collector mounted on top left of blender. 25 horsepower motor direct coupled to in line gear reducer chain driving blender at APX 25 rpm, 230/460/3 phase voltage, 61.2/30.6 amps, 8" center bottom discharge reduced to 6" with air operated slide gate valve by Fabri valve and 80" discharge height, (49" discharge height with leg and stand extensions removed, air purged packing gland shaft seals, slotted shell allows full removal of ribbon, 4 x 10 work platform with stairs on one end and removeable safety rail in painted steel. Remote control panel with dust tight enclosure and VFD drive. Formerly used in nutritional products manufacturing.
