Unused Accelon Model # 50G-123, Nano-Emulsification System. Complete precision system to continuously and automatically in-line filter, meter, pump and nano-emulsify up to 76 gpm of immiscible liquids. Self-contained in a fully enclosed, highly portable, standard 20 X 8.6 footprint ISO module weighing less than 20,000 pounds, ideal for continuous production or intermittent use. Built to API oil industry quality standards, this in-line system nano-emulsifies up to 3 different liquids using on-board filters and a water coalescer to process fluids as delivered". Compact small footprint, user friendly controls, precise, efficient, low-cost production. Safe for flammable liquids -- Camlock hose quick-connections grounded for static electric safety with welded leak-proof stainless steel piping. Meets codes -- ASME, UL, and National Electric Code - Class 1, Division 2, Group D, explosion-proof, CSA (Canadian import authorized). All gear pumps are driven by costly feed-back controlled, variable speed motors to achieve precise real-time control of even viscous liquids over a wide turn-down flow range. Control valves are pneumatically actuated by an on-board air compressor or, in the event of power outage, by on-board back-up bottled nitrogen gas. You can easily pump, filter, meter, in-line mix, nano-emulsify, react, blend, record data, report flows and adjust compositions, all on-the-fly for consistent high quality products in the exact amounts where and when needed. Includes operator/service manual and how-to instructive DVD. Full-color touch screen PLC controller and instrumentation provide real time on-the-fly control and key parameter displays. Built in 2019. Reported to only been test run once. Among its many applications are: Making stable nano-emulsions of any pump-able immiscible liquids; Bio-nutrients and agriculture materials; Mixing lipids with reactants for improved transesterification; Preparing pharmaceutical feedstocks for rapid fermentation; Ind
