The kettle features a top center-entering agitator mounted on a stainless bridge, offering controlled bulk mixing. It also includes a powerful offset-mounted Admix Rotosolver high shear mixer, model 132RS101, with an approximate 15 HP motor, enabling high-efficiency emulsification, dispersion, and particle size reduction. The flat top, center bottom outlet, and four-leg stainless frame provide solid structural support and easy cleaning access. The jacket is rated for steam at 100 PSI from -20°F to 350°F, making it suitable for both heating and light cooling processes.
