It features a high-speed rotary atomizer (7,250 to 17,750 RPM), 304 Stainless steel drying chamber, and efficient cyclone separation. Capable of handling throughputs up to 17 t/h of evaporated water, it supports inlet temperatures up to 350C and is suited for both aqueous and solvent-based feeds. Driven by an approximately 82.5HP-55Kw motor. Serial# 1246.

Unused / New MK Manufacturing Co, Atomizer, Model MKM CD 250 features a feeder cover, retainer, sleeve, and feeding pipe made from SS 316 stainless steel, all tested, machined, and balanced as required, the spray disk is also SS 316, precisely machined and balanced, the main shaft is constructed from special spring steel with centerless grinding for high precision, bearing housing is fabricated from mild steel with cylindrical surfaces to accommodate bearing seats, the shaft is driven by a V-belt pulley system, operating speed ranges from 9000 to 13000 RPM and includes RPM sensors and a digital display, the atomizer jacket is insulated with ceramic wool, air purging is provided to prevent sediment buildup and ensure continuous spray dryer operation, lubrication is handled by an MKM make pump with motor, double filters, and gauges for continuous oil flow, the unit is supplied without a motor, compatible with a 25 HP, 2900 RPM flange-mounted Siemens or Hindustan motor, the atomizer pulley is made from SS 304 while the motor pulley is made from cast iron or mild steel.

The atomizer features key components in SS 316 stainless steel, including the feeder cover, retainer, sleeve, feeding pipe, and spray disk (?210 mm), all precision-machined and dynamically balanced at 19,000 RPM. The main shaft is spring steel, centerless ground for high concentricity and strength. The mild steel bearing housing includes precision-machined seats for alignment. Power is delivered via a V-belt pulley system. Operating speed matches existing F-35 units, with jacket and dimensions ensuring full interchangeability. An MKM oil pump system provides continuous automatic lubrication, with oil temperature maintained below 75C at 10 TPD. RPM range: 9,00018,000; vibration remains within specified limits. Includes RPM sensor/display and a maintenance tool kit with pullers, spanners, and locknut tools. Compatible with and replacement for an F-35 atomizer.
