Unused- Evaporator Dryer Technologies (EDT) Re-Wet Agglomeration System. Stainless steel construction. WPI-90 flow to dryer 997 lb/hr, WPC-80 flow to dryer 1,290 lb/hr designed for capacities. Re-Wetting System consisting of: Screw type feeder with 7 cubic foot hopper, (2) Rotary valves, (2) Eductors, Balance tank with CIP system, High pressure pump with stuffing pump, High pressure line to wetting chamber, High pressure nozzle lance with nozzle, Re-wet Agglomerating chamber with cladding shell heat, Integrated fluid bed dryer, EDT VFB-26 Three stage vibrating fluid bed dryer(used), (2) Process air heating coil boxes with steam coils and HEPA filters, Cooling coilbox with reheat, Chiller unit with circulation pump, Lecithin pumping and injection system, rotary air-lock and pneumatic rotary lobe blower transfer system for material infeed, Kason triple deck sifter, Powder conveying hopper, (2) Powder receiver cyclones, Vacuum receiver with eductor, EDT CMS31 Fluid Bed Cyclone, Exhaust fan, EDT BGH-12 Sanitary baghouse (Size 12) with cladding heat and overpressure venting, Exhaust stack with self-closing lid. CIP System, Fire Suppression system. Allen Bradley controls and HMI complete with field instrumentation (pressure, temperature, and proximity switches) and control valves. Originally designed for the Dairy Industry but the system serves many applications.
