With a capacity of 44 lbs (20 kg) per hour, this system features a gas-tight rotary tube made of 1.4835 (Avesta 253 MA) stainless steel, ensuring high corrosion and oxidation resistance. The 300 mm (11.7") diameter x 3000 mm (117") length rotary tube allows for efficient material processing with precise temperature control across three heating zones (750 mm / 1500 mm / 750 mm).
Designed for high-temperature applications, this unit can operate at a maximum temperature of 1150°C (2102°F), with continuous operation up to 1100°C (2012°F). The adjustable rotary tube speed (1-10 RPM) enables precise material flow and processing.
The indirect air cooling system ensures controlled material cooling, with the cooling zone constructed from 304 stainless steel (1.4301). The SE-7.2 processor-controlled system integrates material transport, volumetric feeding, dosing, discharge, filtering, piping, pumps, and valves, making it a fully automated thermal processing system.
This 2020-built unit was previously used for R&D applications in graphite processing for the building industry and remains in excellent condition.
