Used-Milk Drying Plant Consisting of Niro Spray Dryer and Evaporator. Dryer model CDI250, capacity approximately 1000 kg/hour. Evaporator stages 3 Buff and 2 Niro, 5 Niro crystallization vessels, Niro spray dryer chamber with 2 Niro atomizers, Niro vibratory fluid bed feeder, Easteel 1525 kW indirect gas fired air heater, Aerovent 2/2 2m Precision air fan, Sweco 1200 mm 2 deck vibratory sieve, 2 Westinghouse rotary valves (CIP capable), 2 Niro 15 and 20 ton powder silos, extensive APV stainless steel pumps, pipework, complete 20 kg bag filling weighing and palletizing system, etc. Packing line is all new, circa 2000, with 2 powder silos (live bottoms), screw "coffin", bag presenter, filler, neck stretcher, heat sealer, vibrator, metal detector, bag flattener, check weigher, pick and place robot, auto palletizer. This includes all internal and external ductwork as well as dryer chamber, VFB, fans, dryer inlet "snail", decking and chamber roof. The plant has been well shut down (no product residue evident). Evaporator and dryer need new PLC controller and some instrumentation. More information available upon request. The plant was dismantled from site and has been packaged for shipment.
