Used-260 cu ft stainless steel bin The bin is 54" in diameter with 175" straight side height and 67" conical bottom. The infeed is a 2.5" pipe fitting in the side. There are (3) 6" diameter sight glass in the side of bin for monitor levels. There are also (2) 24"x24" manway for easy access to bin. The bottom discharges into a screw conveyor through (2) 21" x 6" discharges which channels product to centered 6" flanged discharge. In the top of the bin are (14) 6" x 40" dust collects socks that us reverse pulse air to clean. Dust collect is equipped with a Chicago Conveyor vacuum release on top. Over all height with conveyor and vacuum release is 280". Excellent condition.

Lightly-Used- Wenzhou ACE Machinery 1,000-liter (264 Gallon) (1 cubic meter) stainless steel sanitary mixing tank with 316L stainless steel product-contact surfaces and 304 stainless steel exterior. The unit was upgraded to meet U.S. safety standards by a licensed PE contractor. The inner tank features a mirror-polished finish, 5 mm wall thickness, and a dimple jacket, with 2 mm outer cladding and PU foam insulation. Vessel is equipped with a 4 kW agitator operating at 36 RPM with Teflon scraper and a control box for mixing speed control. The inner vessel has a design pressure range of -0.1 MPa to 0.2 MPa, while the jacket has a design pressure of 0.35 MPa. Tank features sanitary clamps on each inlet orifice, a 3" bottom valve, load-cell connections, and one spare single-face mechanical seal. Additional equipment includes electrical upgrades, required safety equipment, condenser, controller, Rice Lake load cells, relief valve, and rotary shaft cage protection. Electrical requirements are 480 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz.
