This unused 1000-liter (264-gallon) emulsification mix tank was manufactured by Jiangsu, constructed from 304 stainless steel with conical top and bottom for complete drainage and efficient mixing.
Internally atmospheric-rated to 122°F, the vessel is jacketed and insulated, with the jacket rated to 29 PSI at 122°F, ideal for temperature-controlled emulsification and blending processes.
Equipped with a center-mounted agitator with scraper and an off-center emulsifier, it offers dual mixing capability for high-shear blending, homogenization, or heat-sensitive formulation. The emulsifier is powered by a 7.5 kW motor (220V, 3-phase, 60 Hz).
