Description:

This is a used R&M Italia 100-liter glass-lined reactor train complete with a 70-liter glass-lined receiver. Both vessels include removable dished tops and bottoms and are connected by QVF borosilicate glass intermediate sections for visibility and cleanliness.

The reactor and receiver are rated for 150 PSI and full vacuum at 356°F, internally and through the jacket. The system features a top-mounted 1 HP explosion-proof agitator motor (230/460V), mechanical seal, 3-blade retreat curve agitator, and tube baffle for optimized mixing.

The reactor and receiver are both mounted on lift/lower mechanisms, allowing for ergonomic and process-friendly operation. This reactor train is ideal for pharma, chemical, or biotech applications requiring clean, controlled, and corrosion-resistant equipment.
