Description:

This is a used 160-liter glass-lined reactor train by R&M Italia, featuring a glass-lined 160L reactor and a 70L glass-lined receiver, both with removable dished tops and bottoms and connected via QVF borosilicate glass intermediate sections.

The reactor was re-glassed by Tycon in 2005, ensuring excellent surface integrity and corrosion resistance. Both vessels are rated for 150 PSI and full vacuum at +356°F / -112°F, internally and jacketed, making the system ideal for a wide range of thermal processing conditions.

The setup includes a top-mounted 1 HP explosion-proof agitator (230/460V), mechanical seal, 3-blade retreat curve agitator, and internal tube baffle for optimized mixing and heat transfer. Both the reactor and receiver are mounted on bottom lift/lower mechanisms for easy handling, transfer, and cleaning.
