Industrial size reduction mill designed for controlled grinding, milling, granulation and particle size reduction of compatible dry powders, granules and bulk solid materials. Rated for processing capacities up to 749 lbs per hour, depending on material characteristics, screen selection and application, with a stated operating speed range of 1,000 to 4,600 RPM. Features an approximately 15" long x 15" wide x 10" deep feed hopper with an integrated screw feeder measuring approximately 2-1/2" diameter x 58" long. Screw feeder is driven by a 0.33 HP gear motor rated at 1,725 RPM, operating on 208230/460 volts, 3-phase, 60 Hz electrical service, through a 4.88:1 reduction gearbox. Milling chamber measures approximately 11-1/4" long x 6" wide x 16" deep and contains (16) fixed blades with blunt and knife edges, each measuring approximately 1" wide x 3-3/4" long x 1/2" thick.
