It features dual 25A injection units with 45 mm screws, 6.79 oz shot capacity per barrel, 25,260 psi maximum injection pressure, an N9G / NC9000G controller, and operates on 230/460V, 3 Phase, 60 Hz power. Included are a 2008 Yushin ATB-150S servo top-entry robot with controller, teach pendant, mounted robot, and safety guarding, providing a complete automated molding cell. Suitable for producing two-color, multi-material, overmolded, and insert-molded plastic components. Last used to make Custom coasters (2 separate colors molded into the same part).
