Barrel material of construction to be 12 ga. 304L stainless steel. Cone material of construction to be 12 ga. 304L stainless steel. Inlet transition to 12" O.D. Clean air outlet to have a horizontal air outlet to 14" O.D. with Kice SFS flange. Stock Outlet to mate Vortex Chamber. Vortex chamber to mate 71S12-3 sightglass assembly. Continuous interior and exterior welds. Four each carbon steel bolt-on support pads. Stainless steel rings and flanges. Bolt-on inspection door in the Vortex Chamber. Assembly hardware will not be stainless steel or equivalent unless otherwise specified. Stainless steel finish. Exterior weld splatter, smoke, and discoloration are removed and the weld will retain its general bead characteristics and profile. Uniform bright matte finish on the exterior stainless steel surfaces. Prepared with a glass bead blasting process. Interior welds will have splatter and smoke removed and be ground flush to a 180 grit finish. VBS 16x12x12 Airlock. 12" square inlet and outlet with a displacement of 1.1 CFR at 100% full. Fabricated 304L stainless steel endplates and housing. Inboard bearings with double lipped neoprene seals. Fabricated 304L stainless steel eight-vaned, "open end" rotor with aluminum bronze overlay. Driven by WEG 1 HP, 1725 RPM, TEFC, 575/3/60 NEMA Premium efficient motor. NOTE: Standard TEFC motor with no environmental marking/T Code. Motor mounted on an SM-Cyclodrive gear reducer, model CNHX-6100-Y, 29:1 (60 RPM) ratio. #50 chain drive to 20 RPM. Fixed motor mount with adjustable idler sprocket. Fully enclosed sanitary guards.
