Vessel is constructed of 316L stainless steel and mounted in a vertical configuration with dished top and bottom heads. Tank is NB #1499 certified and rated MAWP 53/FV PSI at 350F with MDMT -20F, with full vacuum capability. The jacket is rated 100/FV PSI at 350F with MDMT -20F at 150/FV PSI, allowing heating or cooling of product. Features include an 18-inch manway, center bottom outlet, and legs cut off approximately even with the bottom outlet. Tank measures approximately 90" outside diameter, 80" inside diameter, 108" straight side, and 144" overall height, with an approximate shipping weight of 2,500 lbs. Vessel is non-agitated and suitable for a variety of processing or storage applications..
