Top fittings: 24" manway, (2) 1.5", (5) 3", (1) 4", and (1) 6". 4" center bottom drain. (3) 1" side opening. (1) 10" side bottom opening. Equipped with top mounted Lightnin 10 HP mixer drive, 3 blade pitched turbine shaft. Vortex breaker located at drain. Mounted on (4) heavy duty legs with mounting pads.

The Used ALPS Welding 8000-Gallon Mix Tank is a high-capacity stainless steel processing vessel designed for industrial mixing and heating applications. Built with 316L stainless steel, this durable, corrosion-resistant tank ensures superior performance in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and beverage processing.
The tank features 8 turns of 6” internal heating coils rated for 160 PSIG/FV @ 450°F, allowing for precise temperature control. It has an internal pressure rating of -3 to 10 PSIG at 350°F and is equipped with (4) internal baffles and a diptube for enhanced mixing efficiency.
A top-mounted Lightnin 10 HP mixer drive with a 3-blade pitched turbine shaft provides powerful, consistent agitation, making it ideal for high-viscosity and heat-sensitive materials. The vortex breaker at the 4” center bottom drain minimizes turbulence, ensuring smooth material flow. The unit is supported by (4) heavy-duty legs with mounting pads for stability.
