Description

This Used Approximately 1,250 Gallon Vertical Mix Tank is fabricated from 304 stainless steel and designed for batch blending and liquid processing applications. The tank measures approximately 98" diameter x 42" straight side, featuring a flat top and slight dished bottom for structural integrity and improved drainage.

The vessel includes a top-mounted agitator bridge with dual 3-blade turbine agitator, powered by a 1 HP, 3/60/230/460V, 1160 RPM motor through a reducer for torque-driven mixing. The tank is equipped with (4) internally mounted baffles, enhancing mixing efficiency by preventing vortex formation and improving product turnover.

With dual 12" manways, multiple nozzles, and a 3" center bottom outlet, this tank offers flexibility for ingredient addition, inspection, and discharge operations. Supported by four stainless steel legs, the unit is suitable for industrial, food-grade, and chemical blending environments.
