Used-Cherry Burrell Approximately 1500 Gallon 304 Stainless Steel Jacketed Processor. Vertical, Dished top Sloping bottom. 80" diameter X 80" high straight side. Model EPD. Equipped with multi-zone panel coil jacket on sides and bottom head. Jacket is insulated and covered with stainless steel sheathing. Top Openings: 20" manway, (3) 1 1/2", (1) 2", and (1) 3/4". 3" side bottom drain with valve. Has spray-balls and baffle. Equipped with wide bottom and side sweep agitator, driven thru a Hub City, model 4510 geardrive with a 150:1 ratio, powered by a 5HP 3/60/230-460 volt motor. Has (2) thermowells. Mounted on stainless steel legs and equipped with stainless steel ladder. Previously used in Milk Production.

It features a multi-zone panel coil jacket on the sides and bottom head, allowing for precise temperature control via heating or cooling. The jacket is insulated and wrapped with stainless steel sheathing to maintain thermal efficiency.
The tank is equipped with a wide bottom and side sweep agitator, driven by a Hub City Model 4510 gear drive (150:1 ratio) and a 5HP motor (3/60/230-460V), ensuring consistent product mixing and heat distribution.
Additional features include a spray-ball cleaning system, internal baffle, and two thermowells for temperature monitoring. The stainless steel legs and an integrated stainless steel ladder provide stability and accessibility.
