Used- 3,000 Gallon Vertical Stainless Steel Jacketed Mix Tank. 108" diameter x 74" straight side dished top and bottom. 316 stainless steel tank with Chemineer agitator. Unit has 3" half pipe jacketed bottom and 10 coils of 3" half pipe jacket on the side. Unit has two internal 2" coils of 4 coils each. The bottom jacket connections are two-2" 150# LJ flange. The botton tank connections are three 2" 150 lb. LJ flanges. The drain has 2 x 3 reducer attached to FT-H-19-3 valve. The side jacket connections are two 2" 150 lb. LJ flanges. The tank side connections are one 4" overflow pipe, two 2" 150 lb. LJ flanges to the bottom set of internal coils and one 1" threaded coupling. The tank top has one 24" hinged lid with 5" sight glass in the lid, one 16" LJ flange, one 14" LJ flange, one 8" agitator nozzle, one 5" sight glass on pad flange, one 4" 150 lb. LJ flange with blind and eleven 2" 150 lb. LJ flange with seven with blind flanges. Tank has four side supports. Material tested as 316 with Olympus XRF analysis tester. Agitator is Chemineer model 4HC0, 15 hp, input 1000 rpm, output 100 rpm. Agitator requires 460 three phase electrical power, built October 1997.
