Description

This used 60-liter reactor is engineered for small-scale processing and laboratory applications. The vertical design features a dished top and bottom for optimal mixing and heat transfer, with an upper diameter of approximately 16" and a lower diameter of about 8", along with an 18" straight side. It is internally rated at 45 psi for temperatures ranging from -20°F to 356°F, while its stainless steel jacket is rated at 90 psi under the same conditions. The reactor includes a clamp-down top cover with multiple access openings—four 3" openings and four 1-1/2" openings—for versatile connectivity. Additional discharge options are provided by a 2" center bottom outlet and a 1-1/2" side bottom outlet. A spray ball is included for cleaning or process applications, and there is a provision for a bottom agitator (motor missing). The unit is securely side lug mounted for stability.
