The Used Pfaudler 20-Gallon Reactor is a high-quality 316 stainless steel vertical reactor designed for industrial mixing and chemical processing. With an 18” diameter x 18” straight-side chamber, dished top, and bottom, this reactor is built for durability and high-performance processing.

Internally rated at 60 PSI or full vacuum at 350°F, it also features a carbon steel jacket rated for 90 PSI at 350°F, ensuring precise temperature control. The unit includes an anchor-style agitator blade, driven by a Pfaudler drive (Size 2.5 TWV, Model SV-48270C-AKC, Ratio 5:1), but is set up for hydraulic drive with the connection for the drive missing and no power pack included.

The reactor has multiple top openings for versatile processing needs and a 2” center bottom outlet for efficient discharge. Mounted on three carbon steel legs for stability.
